ABOUT

Pastor Dennis was born and raised over in Asheville, NC. He has his masters in Ministry Leadership and has over 42 years of pastoral ministry experience. He is married to his wife  Marilyn of 48 years, and they have 5 children and 13 grandchildren. Pastor Dennis has served within multiple roles through out his ministry experience, and he has a heart for missions both locally and a broad. He has participated in mission trips to Brazil, India, Albania, and the Dominican Republic. In addition to serving WOODLAND as Interim Pastor, Pastor Dennis also serves as the Haywood Baptist Association's Mission Strategist. Pastor Dennis' heart for ministry, exceptional teaching, and love for the LORD makes him a huge asset to our team. He is a blessing to us, and if you get to meet him I am sure he will be the same for you!

I love that WOODLAND has a vision. It is a church filled with people who are committed to honoring God and helping people. They stand on God's Word and serve other in love.
